The possibility to localise formatter strings (days,months...) would be important

It would be good to improve the formatter to be able to localize the strings of the formatter. * months * days * PM/AM It would be best to have a global language setting where you could deffine these strings to be localized to your language, and specify the formatter to use them instead of English.
