Thrive Apprentice integration

Thrive Automator won't work soon anymore because they will get rid of this plugin from Thrive Themes. So the Surecart connection with Thrive Apprentice using Thrive Automator won't work anymore. So I hope for a fast Thrive Apprentice integration using Ottokit.
