New: Introducing MCP Chat, Archive Workflow, and Improvements & Bug Fixes

MCP Chat


Previously, after connecting AI models (like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT) through the MCP server, users had to switch to the model’s external chat interface to perform actions such as creating coupons, updating sheets, or managing contacts.
Now, with MCP Chat, you can chat directly inside OttoKit.
No more switching apps — simply open the built-in chat inside MCP and run your operations instantly using the connected tools. Everything happens seamlessly within OttoKit.

Archive Workflow

If you have many workflows and want to hide the ones you don’t need right now temporarily, you can use the new Archive Workflow feature.
Bulk-archive workflows you’re not using and access them anytime in the Archive section. Unarchive them whenever needed — simple and clean workflow management.

Improvements

  • Hidden the “Add Tasks” link on the dashboard until the user exceeds 80% of task usage.
  • Added hover tooltips for Formatters, similar to the ones on Filters and Conditions.
  • Reduced polling time for both Notion triggers to 10 minutes.
  • Added support for Relation columns in Notion databases.
  • Increased allowed character length for Dynamic Data search.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the OttoKit plugin was overriding global WordPress font styles.
  • Fixed: HubSpot Create/Update Contact with Custom Fields not loading properties.
  • Fixed UI issues in mobile view where MCP → Manage Tools, History, and 3-dot options were not visible.
  • Fixed the Apply button not working on the History data filter in certain cases.
  • Fixed data refresh issues in flyouts and edit mode.
  • Removed “?” symbol from Facebook login error message.
  • Fixed: Created By value missing inside the Workflow Info popup (when opened from the canvas).
  • Fixed: Copied actions now stay in the clipboard until manually removed.
  • Fixed: Connection creation issue from the single connection page related to the version.
  • Fixed: Attached folders appearing in new workspaces even when they don’t exist.
  • Fixed: Typing <@FG3123321> treated “@” as dynamic mapping — now handled correctly.
  • Fixed: Unable to return back from Workflow Builder when opened in a new tab.
  • Fixed: Double RecipeCreateWithAI message appearing during recipe search.
